The American Physical Society (APS) March Meeting (15-19 March 2021) is currently accepting abstracts for contributed talks with a deadline of October 23.

The APS has announced that the meeting will either take place in an in-person/virtual hybrid format or in a completely virtual format. In either case, participants will have the option of presenting their talk virtually.
For those who don’t know, the March Meeting is the largest physics conference in the world and the one in which the Division of Quantum Information (DQI) participates. Although contributed talks are only 12 minutes long, it is a good opportunity to advertise our field to the rest of the physics community. Apart from the talk length, the high cost of attending the meeting is also often a barrier to entry. As there will be no such barrier this year, I hope to see a strong slate of talks from across the whole field of quantum information.
You have no excuse this year. You don’t even have to leave your house!
