The 9th Conference on the Theory of Quantum Computation, Communication and Cryptography, will be held at the National University of Singapore on 21-23 May 2014.
Submissions are welcome for talks or posters on, well, the theory of quantum computation, communication and/or cryptography. For more information on the scope of the conference, here are last year’s proceedings:

Proceedings submission (final version of accepted papers): July 03, 2014
This conference continues its open-access tradition with accepted talk and selected poster abstracts being published electronically in the LIPIcs series, but with authors retaining rights to their work (and in particular, the right to publish elsewhere). Additionally, parts of the PC discussion will be posted online for accepted talks. These policies and other details of the submission process are described here:
