We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to perform theoretical research in an international research project in the area of quantum computing with superconductors, focus on control theory and efficient characterization of quantum systems. The background of a successful candidate is either in the area of superconducting nano structures, or in quantum control/quantum tomography. The position starts November 1st 2011 or later for one year and will, in the likely case of continued funding, be extended to a total of three years.
