I wasn’t impugning your intellect yesterday with my tweet. It was just weird that they cited you when you have been relatively quiet on the problem du jour.
Dave: The Financial Times of London recently sought Rocky Humbert’s thoughts on the Japanese Government Bond market. (After a recent fly-fishing accident, Rocky no longer grants live interviews, so the exchange was conducted via email.) Yet, as my daughter regularly reminds me, Rocky Humbert does not exist. Or does he? Because if one’s quoted in the FT, but no one reads the article, was he still quoted? Or is it like a tree falling in the forest? Ahhh- the existential pain of it all courtesy of the mainstream media…
