Perhaps it should be noted that “of its size” is significant. Kitchener-Waterloo has a scientist/engineer ratio of 4.9%, which is substantially above the national average of 4.6% — but all the major cities are higher, like Toronto at 6.2%.
None of this changes the fact that PI is teh roxxor.
