I just noticed that the project to supply the arxiv as a single file has moved beyond covering hep-th and now includes quant-ph and gr-qc. Sweet! Closer and closer to all of physics on my harddrive.

I just noticed that the project to supply the arxiv as a single file has moved beyond covering hep-th and now includes quant-ph and gr-qc. Sweet! Closer and closer to all of physics on my harddrive.
It’s so humbling to find out that all of quant-ph can be compressed to 5 gigs and and all of hep-th to 9 gigs.
Well, we’ve clearly gone beyond the stage where you can have all of physics in your head. At least I can have all of physics on my Ipod instead.
That is so cool.
What I want now is quant-ph for my cell phone. Do you think it will be built into the rumored iPod phone?
