Congratulations, Pontiff. Although wait a second, the Pope can’t get married, so are you still a Quantum Pontiff ? HMMMMmm

Congrats, Dave! Looks like the Great Wedding Diet of 2007 did you well!

Congrats Dave!! Welcome to the world of commitment. Now take out the garbage.
Seriously, marriage is a great thing (my ten year anniversary is next month). Cheers to a lifetime of wedded bliss!

Congratulations! But wait, that picture is dated the 15th; it took you almost two weeks to post it… what in the world have you been doing all that time?

Congratulations!

Congratulations! The wedding photo looks great. I’ve managed to gain weight while you’ve lost it. Ashland is a great place to visit as well as, I’m sure, a great place to get married. Make sure to see a play or two while you are there; and check out Morning Glory, one of the best breakfast restaurants in America.
Okay, this is dated advice now, but still, you can always come back.

Auguri!

No, the Pope can get married (a Quantum Pontiff only once, because of quantum monogamy). Pope Hormisdas (514-523) was married. His son has been Pope, under the name of Silverius (536-538).

Congratulations Dave!
Comment by Steve — 4/28/2007 #
Wow, my congratulations to both. Looks like you are meant to be together, and she is indeed a jewel.
Married life is wonderful, if you can take a bit of suffering and sacrifice for the common good. The reward is big. Only… After 10 years I forgot what it is. But I know it’s there, that’s the main thing.
Cheers,
T.

Congratulations Dave!

Congratulations, non-celibate Pontiff! (It was a close race between the elder clown getting married and the younger getting gainfully employed, but the elder wins.)
Comment by Scott — 4/28/2007 #
Oh my! That’s beautiful(also the picture is). Congratulations!
Comment by Kaveh — 4/28/2007 #
Congratulations,
Some are apparently taking issue. But of course, the Pontiff of the Quantum world is not obligated to take a vow of celibacy, so there is no problem.
Comment by Tyler DiPietro — 4/28/2007 #
By the way, exempting Frank above I claim dibbs on any and all entanglement jokes.
Comment by Tyler DiPietro — 4/28/2007 #
23 comments, and nobody has made a “collapse of the wavefunction” joke? What’s this world coming to?
Congratulations.

You all will be happy to know that our vows involved obeying……the laws of physics!
