Work that applies<br \/>\nstructures and methods inspired by quantum theory to other fields<br \/>\n(including computer science) is also welcome.<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT DATES<\/p>\n<p>April\u00a0 1: abstract submission<br \/>\nApril\u00a0 7: paper submission<br \/>\nApril 30: application for student support<br \/>\nMay\u00a0 \u00a012: notification of authors<br \/>\nMay\u00a0 \u00a017: early registration deadline<br \/>\nMay\u00a0 \u00a024: final papers ready<br \/>\nJune 10-14: conference<\/p>\n<p>INVITED SPEAKERS<\/p>\n<p>John Baez (UC Riverside)<br \/>\nAnna Pappa (University College London)<br \/>\nJoel Wallman (University of Waterloo)<\/p>\n<p>INVITED TUTORIALS<\/p>\n<p>Ana Belen Sainz (Perimeter Institute)<br \/>\nQuanlong Wang (University of Oxford)<\/p>\n<p>SUBMISSIONS<\/p>\n<p>Prospective speakers are invited to submit one (or more) of the<br \/>\nfollowing:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Original contributions consist of a 5-12 page extended abstract<br \/>\nthat provides sufficient evidence of results of genuine interest<br \/>\nand enough detail to allow the program committee to assess the<br \/>\nmerits of the work. Submission of substantial albeit partial<br \/>\nresults of work in progress is encouraged.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Extended abstracts describing work submitted\/published elsewhere<br \/>\nwill also be considered, provided the work is recent and relevant<br \/>\nto the conference. These consist of a 3 page description and should<br \/>\ninclude a link to a separate published paper or preprint.<\/p>\n<p>The conference proceedings will be published in Electronic<br \/>\nProceedings in Theoretical Computer Science (EPTCS) after the<br \/>\nconference. Only &#8220;original contributions&#8221; are eligible to be<br \/>\npublished in the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Submissions should be prepared using LaTeX, and must be submitted in<br \/>\nPDF format. Use of the EPTCS style is encouraged.
