\nproject). The Heilbronn Institute is a partnership between the UK
\nGovernment Communications Headquarters and Bristol University, and
\nwhile Fellows work half-time for GCHQ, the rest can be used on
\nwhatever research topics they wish.
\n To recognize the special nature of these posts, there is a salary
\nsupplement of 3.5K pounds per annum in addition to Bristol’s standard
\nacademic salary scales, and each Fellow has a research support budget
\nof 2K per annum.<\/p>\n
\nAs described in the advertisement and further particulars, the
\nDirector of the Institute is willing to advise on eligibility. Apart
\nfrom UK resident UK citizens, current staff include citizens of
