I mean, yes it is very cool, but no there are not many opportunities to use it!\n<\/li>\n<li>Michael Nielsen <a href=\"http:\/\/michaelnielsen.org\/blog\/malcolm-gladwell%e2%80%99s-new-book-outliers-and-the-10000-hour-rule\/\">blogs<\/a> about Malcolm Gladwell&#8217;s new book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0316017922?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=thequantumpon-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0316017922\">Outliers: The Story of Success<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=thequantumpon-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=0316017922\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" style=\"border:none !important;margin:0px !important\" \/><br \/>\nand about the 10000 hour rule.  Supposedly one needs 10000 hours of practice to truly master a subject.  That&#8217;s over a year in time! That&#8217;s like seven years straight if I work four hours a day with no breaks.  That doesn&#8217;t even feel like the right order of magnitude to me, but I&#8217;m not much of an expert in this stuff.<\/li>\n<li>John Archibald Wheeler is quoted as having said &#8220;Time is what prevents everything from happening at once.&#8221;  If this is true, then apparently I am in the vicinity of a breakdown in the temporal structure of our universe.
