Who will be the first to file out a tax for with &#8220;Occupation: Quantum Engineer?&#8221;<br \/>\n<b>Update:<\/b> Oh, and I missed this one too.  The University of Maryland, NIST, and the NSA have established the Joint Quantum Institute under the direction of Christopher J. Lobb and Carl J. Williams.
