Below the fold is the list I have right now.  If anyone in the know spots someone I miss please let me know (and apologies in advance for those who I&#8217;ve left out!)  This list is a modified verision of a list of people stolen from Wim van Dam&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cs.ucsb.edu\/~vandam\/research\/homes.html\">home of the homepages<\/a>.
