Hmmm, this seems a bit ambiguous. When you say X reviewed for every Y submitted, if X>Y do you mean that each paper is reviewed multiple times, or do you mean that Y are rejected without review for every X reviewed?

What I meant was how many papers X do you review for every Y that you submit. I guess I count “reviewing” a paper as the entire process for one paper, i.e. if it gets sent back to you then its still just one review.
