I find the experiments quite intruiguing, but interpretation has a large degree of wishful thinking and not entirely convincing, at least not to me. It was pretty exciting. This was in 2002. It took two years (maybe more) for them to rule out certain sutble effects in the torsion pendulum as possible explainations. A very nice experiment, indeed.
